I'd first like to take a moment of silence to reminisce on some of my favorite long-hair-don't-care looks. *silence*

There was no turning back (apologizing in advance for the poor quality of the 'during' pics)...
I had enough hair for two of 12 inch ponytails!!! I was so excited to be able to donate my hair to Wigs for Kids and check off another Journey for 30 item!
Now for the final look...
After having a couple of days to reflect, short hair is definitely not for me. It requires me to actually do my hair on the daily, which for those who know me, is quite a struggle. However, total time to do my hair still probably takes less time than it did for me to blow dry it before. I did want to donate my hair and for that reason I'm so happy I chopped it off! I just can't wait for it to grow back now :) How many of you have donated your hair? Who did you donate to?

I love it! I donated my hair to Children With Hairloss (it was the only one I could find that would accept color treated hair). I ended up cutting off about 12.5 inches and got a haircut very similar to yours! I guess I should blog about that--I never did! haha.
